We speak with both active and passive candidates, typically engaging 50+ target profiles per search and working through our screening / vetting process to produce a qualified shortlist of the top 2-3 applicants for initial client review.

How are Adaptive’s recruiters involved throughout the interview process?
We are closely involved throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, through the interview and offer process and during the first key months of a candidate’s employment.
We schedule all phone and in-person interviews, follow up with both parties at each stage, conduct reference checks upon client request, present offers, handle negotiations, and field questions concerning onboarding and training.
How is Adaptive’s recruitment team structured?
