This covers content strategy, organic user engagement, promotional initiatives and community management.
On the tool side, we’re looking for people with – as a minimum – solid understanding of multi-platform management and automation tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc.) and analytics suites (Radian6, Sysomos, Brandwatch etc.).
When we engage Social candidates, our screening conversations focus on the tangible impact and concrete results they are able to link to their initiatives as well as their day-to-day responsibilities.
