UX/UI is the digital store entry experience, aiming to drive branded, high-quality interaction between customers and retailers of all kinds.

Working with candidates from agency and corporate backgrounds, Adaptive’s consultants seek to engage UX/UI professionals who stand out from the pack via a combination of their portfolio, past projects and performance history.

Within UX, we target candidates with strong, relevant backgrounds from digitally focused organizaitons. On the planning side, this includes design and creation of wireframes, working with stakeholders and managing information architecture. We engage with candidates who have managed the full UX cycle, including defining, tracking and communicating benefits, results tracking on customer satisfaction and subsequent increased revenue. We also screen for experience with core UX tools used within the design lifecycle, including Photoshop, Sketch, Axure, InVision, HTML5 and Javascript.

On the UI side, we screen for crucial factors such as customer analytics, design research and UI prototyping. Adaptive’s consultants consider how a candidate has translated company branding across platforms and products (including cross-browser compatibility and mobile environments), with proven experience in measuring the conversion optimisation results and audience engagement.  We focus on candidates who are knowledgeable of emerging UI patterns and technologies, and who can simplify complex interaction problems and champion a user-centred design methodology. We look for candidates who can approach projects from a customer mindset, and implement strategies with a blend of technical, design and commercial skill.
