As an account manager you would be integrated into one of our clients. You would act as an essential part of their talent acquisition team helping them to achieve their hiring objectives.

This position combines the best of agency recruitment with the best of working in talent acquisition. In this role you will make significant positive contributions to the company while enjoying a competitive compensation and commission structure.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruiting process end-to-end with the client and the candidates
  • With the candidates: Sourcing, screening, preparing, presenting, dispositioning or offering candidates and taking them through the onboarding process.
  • With the client: Req Intake, Market research, candidate submittal, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, documentation and ATS management.
  • Providing oversight and mentorship to recruiters or interns on your team
  • Assess existing recruiting and onboarding processes, design and implementation of future processes. Implement changes when agreed upon by client
  • ATS sourcing, implementation and management
  • Deliver feedback and suggestions to the client about ways to improve their branding, candidate experience, interview process and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in end to end recruitment within an Agency or Corporate HR structure
  • Strong track record as a recruiter: managing multiple searches, and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time
  • Confident networker: ability to develop a strong knowledge of the industry, understand where the 'top prospects' are based globally.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean, X-Ray, and creative searching.
  • Exceptional ability to work independently with an autonomous, dynamic, and results orientated approach.

We offer a first-year base salary and commissions package negotiable in accordance with experience.

Commissions are aggressive, paid monthly, and are in addition to ongoing corporate promotions and personalized bonus structures.
