Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Adaptive Business Group (ABG)
ABG is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to work closely with HR and the Senior Management Team. You will play a crucial part in finding talent to continue to develop a world leader from its offices, London, Berlin, New York, San Diego, Singapore, and other future locations.
With the support from Senior Management, you will be responsible for the right sourcing strategy to fulfil open positions and provide a vision of the direction this area of the business should take.
An important part of the role is to further professionalize direct sourcing, and you participate actively in optimizing search techniques, workflows and (candidate) communication. You will make sure that Adaptive keeps innovating in the way we approach passive candidates and reflecting Adaptive as an interesting and exciting company to be part of. You will use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our database to conduct day to day tasks. You will be located in a commutable area to our HQ offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England although remote working can be considered depending on experience, circumstances, and business needs.
Your Team
Working alongside HR, you will find exciting opportunities to make your mark (and a measurable difference, too). We use modern tools, innovative approaches, and our knowledge of best practice to ensure everything is running smoothly. It can be challenging to meet all the needs of our very successful and demanding team, but it is worth it when you see what we achieve together.
Our offer
Adaptive is a unique place to work. You will never stop learning and you will be challenged as you progress and discover you have developed skills which make you a stronger professional as time goes by.
By joining us, you will become part of a global company with a world-class brand present in the fastest growing markets.
Besides the work we do for our clients, we are proud of our vibrant and collaborative culture.
This culture is reflected on the shared goals we passionately work to achieve. Our teams have a clear sense of purpose, they understand their immediate and long-term goals and how aligned they are to Adaptive’s strategy and mission.
We are a team of passionate, curious, innovative, assertive, and kind professionals who believe in openness and honesty, fairness and equality, trust and freedom and common sense and pragmatism.
We want to get to know the real you and help you explore and grow; whatever it is you are great at. So, you will always have constant exposure to learning opportunities to improve your role-specific skills and expertise.

Besides our high-profile, continuous growth and nurturing work environment and culture, we offer excellent employee benefits, including (and amongst others):

Your Role:
Research: Utilize more than just Linkedin for deeper research techniques and strategies to surface talent and convey talent market insights back to your hiring team to influence the recruiting strategy. You will apply those skills to source within organizations that will increase representation and share our value in building diverse and wide pipelines of talent.
Evaluate: Identify talent, evaluate their technical skill set, and match it to opportunities within Adaptive. Evaluate whether their motivations, interests, and values align with our unique culture as specified above.
Partner: Work directly with HR and Management as your partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. Coach and advise based on your insights and knowledge in niche markets.

Technical Recruiting Experience: You are experienced in candidate sourcing. You have successfully executed candidate engagement strategies to hire high-calibre engineering leaders. Challenging roles are exciting to you because you like solving complex problems.
Be an Architect: You forecast the needs of the business and plan resources to support the demand. You decide on and implement the right resource model to achieve hiring goals.
