Our Adaptive Digital UK division is growing and we’re looking for an Recruitment Account Manager to join the team; this role has huge WFH flexibility and you can take advantage of spending time in our beautiful open, collaborative office in Tunbridge Wells.
This role reports into Ben Wattenbach who is the Global Operations Director here at Adaptive Business Group. Whilst leading the operations for ABG, Ben also leads Adaptive Digital in the UK and specializes personally with digital recruitment for more than 10 years. Due to the growth of the business and the growing demand of our European clients, we’re searching for an account manager to join as a sparing partner and key client lead who would take ownership of a number of key clients accounts, whilst personally handling the resourcing of the roles for your portfolio of customers.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Be:
You will be managing the recruiting process end-to-end with the client and the candidates
You will be working closely with candidates from handling the sourcing, screening & qualifying, preparing, presenting to the client and supporting them throughout the entire candidate journey which includes interview arrangement and guidance, offer negotiation and presentation
With the client you will be responsible for handling new role requests, handling role briefings and qualifying requirements, on-going account management, providing world-class customer support through building close partnerships ensuring delivery, management of expectations and ensuring there is fluid communication
You will be working with our European Adaptive Digital team, meaning close collaboration with the team in Berlin

You’re naturally inquisitive, and interested in the fast growth industry of digital marketing
You enjoy exceeding targets, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and developing new skills
You’re focused, organized, display great time management and enjoy ownership and responsibility of delivery
You have a demonstrable track record as a recruiter or resourcer: managing the searches for multiple open requests, handling the full resourcing life cycle working directly with candidates; if you bring experience working with clients either through business development or purely in an account management setting, this is highly desirable
You speak fluent English, with additional languages being of benefit especially a fluency in German would be highly advantageous
