Location - Tunbridge Wells/WFH

ABG is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to work closely with the HR Assistant and reporting to the HR Director. You will support the HR assistant in finding consultants and professionals who will make Adaptive continue to grow and succeed.

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will help in the recruitment process from end-to-end for all our candidates. You will write job descriptions, source talent through effective channels, lead candidates through their recruitment process and facilitate the decision making.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our database to conduct day to day tasks.

You will be located in a commutable area to our HQ offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England although remote working can be considered depending on experience, circumstances, and business needs.

Your Role:

  • Research: Utilize more than just Linkedin for deeper research techniques and strategies to surface talent and convey talent market insights back to your hiring team to influence the recruiting strategy. You will apply those skills to source within organizations that will increase representation and share our value in building diverse and wide pipelines of talent.

  • Evaluate: Identify talent, evaluate their technical skill set, and match it to opportunities within Adaptive. Evaluate whether their motivations, interests, and values align with our unique culture as specified above.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn outreach, including InMails and connection requests

  • Screen incoming resumes from LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, etc.

  • Upload qualified candidates to Bullhorn, BambooHR and update throughout the interview process

  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience

  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events

  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Requirements of the role:

  • You are obsessive about delivering an exceptional experience to create an everlasting impression

  • Minimum 6 months of experience working in a Project or Recruitment function is desirable

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication & organization skills.

  • You get energized by building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills

  • You have high level of independence and motivation/drive

  • You are eager to learn
