David James, the CEO of Adaptive Business Group, supports our divisions, offices, teams, clients, candidates and vendors to succeed and create careers and relationships that we are all genuinely proud of.
David is highly passionate about driving people’s careers forward, aligning their vision and passion for their career and development, to that of the company, their markets, colleagues, clients, and candidates. This has been the ethos from day one and has allowed Adaptive to create and be market leaders in the Life Science, Language Services, Engineering, Digital Marketing and SaaS industries across Europe, the US and Asia, together with creating solutions and services that include Recruitment Outsourcing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Payroll and taking companies to new locations around the world.
David also works on projects and companies for the recruitment industry, looking at ways of improving the staffing industry in ethics and efficiency.
Personal interests include running, travel, and cooking, but most importantly, his four children that bring so many activities into his life, such as football, dance, cycling, violin, trumpet, scouts, tennis, swimming, arts and crafts……… as parents know, it never stops!
