This isn’t a standard sales position, but a project-focused role, creating client lists via research and technology and then contacting key decision-makers via carefully created content. Core Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities to build new accounts in the sales regions assigned
Achieving agreed upon sales and business development targets and implementing appropriate business development strategies for identified target markets
High volume outreach and communication with prospects and customers via email and LinkedIn. No cold-calling required.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and develop in-depth knowledge of the customer organization. Identify and respond to customer needs to define potential opportunities.
Record all customer sales-related activities in our CRM system. Prepare and present sales activity report for Sales Management and business unit leads as required
Work to deliver on and exceed designated targets focussed on customer acquisition and revenue.
Effective usage of key sales technologies and tools.
Reports to CSO
Qualifications:
Degree-educated and/or a high level of literacy/writing ability and communication skills.
1+ years of customer-facing work and/or sales experience.
Confident networker: ability to develop a strong knowledge of target industries, be proactive in outreach and take opportunities to gain interesting new contacts every day.
Exceptional ability to work independently with an autonomous, dynamic, and results-orientated approach.
You have a positive, collaborative demeanour and attitude.
You are confident yet humble, with great emotional intelligence and a sense of humour.
What we Offer:
We offer a first-year base salary and commissions package negotiable in accordance with experience.
Commissions are lucrative, paid monthly, and are in addition to ongoing corporate promotions and personalized bonus structures.
